● Four-year volleyball standout at Independence High School in Thompson’s Station, Tenn.
● Helped lift the Eagles to Class AAA State Championship, as well as, a Region and District Championship as a senior.
● Earned a slew of awards as a senior in 2008, including All-State, All-Region All-District and District All-Tournament Team.
● Named to District All-Tournament Team four times.
● Owns school Independence school record for career digs (1,390).
● Averaged 2.6 digs and 2.42 kills per set during her high school career. 
● A member of Impact Club Volleyball and Nashville One.

● Grace’s father, George, is a professional drummer who has worked with various artists, including Michael McDonald and John Tesh.
● Once held a job at Turbo Tanz.
● Her sister Emily played volleyball at the University of Virginia, while another sister, Tess, will be a freshman on the Maryville College squad in 2009. Her oldest sister, Sarah, was a member of the crew team at Rhoades College.
